BIOGRAPHY
I'm Riccardo Ceccaroni, a Ph.D. researcher in Data Science at Sapienza University of Rome, where I explore the intersection of mathematics, machine learning, and high-performance computing. My academic path began with a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Tor Vergata University, followed by an M.Sc. in Data Science at Sapienza, where I developed a passion for topological data analysis and its applications in computer vision.
My current research focuses on persistent homology, image segmentation and denoising, and the development of distributed algorithms for large-scale data analysis.
Beyond academia, I enjoy playing the piano and guitar.
